Alarm buzzing at 0~500 hours. Workout clothes on. Doug out the door to the Rec. Center and me down the stairs to the treadmill. We both did it! We're aiming to go 30
minutes (minimum) for 30 days in a row. We're hoping that this
commitment leads us to habit. Please encourage us!

Yay!! Good for you both. That is tough stuff, getting up early to work out. But I'm SURE you'll see and feel the benefits soon!!!
